If you’ve been following this blog for the past few months, you know that I have an intense interest in social media on the web. I’ve written a post on one of my company‘s blogs (Three No-Brainers that are No-Shows on Facebook Pages for Internet Marketing) about some things that the recently updated Facebook Pages feature lacks as an effective tool for businesses and organizations. There is much, much to love about Pages, but there are some serious defects that I hope Facebook will address in the next updgrade. If you use Pages, whether for a business, an organization, or a cause, I’d love your comments there about what you’ve found helpful or frustrating about Facebook Pages.
