Slaves, Women, & the Civil War (Conn-versation Blog)

We have an interesting discussion going on over on the Conn-versation blog (connversation.wordpress.com) on the possible hermeneutical connection between the issues of slavery and women in the church.

(Conn-versation blog is a group blog by current and former Westminster Theological Seminary students dedicated to “reviving and applying the life and legacy of (late WTS prof) Harvie Conn.”)

The Grudem book isn’t quite as bad as its title, but every time I see it, I can’t help but think of coming up with a parody. :-)

Yes, I did Tony. Not the first time that very busy minister has taken the time to give a thoughtful response to one of my blog posts. I really appreciated his contribution.

Dr. Garver…you are a genius. Laughed so loudly I just woke up my grandson napping in the next room!

That link actually needs editing - there’s an extra “http//” in there, so I’ve had to copy and fix it to follow it.

Thanks, Ben. It is now fixed.
