The Foolish Sage backstage with Caedmon’s last fall. I was negotiating with Cliff to play cowbell on the next album.

I gotta have more cowbell, baby.

And more cowbell you shall have! (If we use “cowbell” as a metaphor for something…or someone….else.

I can’t wait for your announcement that you, Mark Traphagen are Caedmon Call’s new lead singer/frontman . . .
Oops, was I not supposed to announce that just yet?

I would be the worst thing to happen to Caedmons since “Never Gonna Let Go”

‘Tis the 17th. I am tired of being teased. Satisfy my impatience!

The Charlottesville Caedmon’s fans are getting restless, too!

Sorry, I’m still waiting for word from the band that it’s OK to release the info. Still supposed to go our today, as far as I know.

OK, instead of studying for Doctrine of God which is at 9:00 in the morning(my LAST final!), here I am wondering about you and Caedmon’s Call. I probably never mentioned to you that I have their material back as far as casettes . . . they have been a favorite for years. I still love 40 Acres. So I’ll wait till later. And now, back to our stealth language requirement . . .

Well…..let’s just remind everyone to not shoot the messenger.
The band could not get its act together to do the press release/announcement today. Now they are saying maybe next Tuesday, but none of us are betting the mortgage on that.
I know it’s frustrating, but try to remember that Caedmon’s these days is really a band on paper (and whatever CDs are made out of) only, just a group of friends all of whom have busy individual lives and/or solo careers who come together every so often to be Caedmons for a couple of shows or a recording session.
As one of my friends who has spent much more time with Caedmons than I have says, “getting together these eight people is like herding cats.”

Hehehehehehe. Way to quote me and give part of the secret away.
Not that it’s a big secret if you’ve been following along closely.
