There Goes the Neighborhood

Congratulations to Sacred Journey regular Daniel Kirk, who will be Biblical Seminary’s new professor of New Testament. Biblical is located in Hatboro, right up the road from us, so I’m sure we’ll soon be having some theological roundtables together (i.e., tipping some lagers at Union Jacks).

In defense of all the good industrious people of Hatfield, including the proprietors of Hatfield Quality Meats, I must say that Biblical is in Hatfield, not Hatboror. I mean, who ever heard of Hatboro Quality Meats? :)

Thanks for the well-wishes. If you can promise me that the Foolish Tarheel will be off running errands, I might pop over to UJ’s for a Lager [=Yuengling]!

And you, Daniel, judging by your Gravatar pic, would be an expert on all things “hat.”

The Foolish Tarheel is now engaged. Methinks we shall not have to worry much longer about him spending much time with guys in taverns.

I’m curious to see how the Apostle to the Emergentiles will strive to provoke Old Schoolers to jealousy . . .
