I suppose there are a number of ways to read this picture. E.g. Was the Pope (a) slapping his forehead in disgust at Bush’s public speaking prowess, or (b) was he wiping his forehead because something Bush was starting to make him sweat, or (c) was the Popester resting his head because Bush’s speaking was starting to give him a headache?

That made me laugh, too. I’m guessing everyone that’s ever heard a politician give a speech has felt that way at times.
