It feels so good…
…to have my Greek semester 1 final behind me! We just finished the three hour test a few hours ago, then went out to a Greek (of course!) restaurant to celebrate.
I think I did pretty well. Nothing on the test looked unfamiliar to me. It’s going to be so strange to have nothing to study tonight!
I’m now registered for my fall classes and have a week before they begin. The lineup will be…
And in my spare time….I’ll be studying for those classes!

I thought you would have celebrated by writing this post in Greek. We’ll wait for the end of the fall semester then…one post in Greek, one in Hebrew! Congratulations!!!

Okay, I feel better now.

Mark! Congrats on finishing Greek 1. I wanted to comment on your earlier blog about a fantastic weekend in Philly with no humidity. I remember norther Summers well! Ironically, the same week in Virginia it was in the mid-70s with no humidity. Apparently the results of a cold air mass dragged down by the tropical storm that had gone through. After 5 (oh my, has it been that long??!!) years in Virginia those were EASILY the best two days I’ve experienced. OK… heading off to read the latest from the lsw…

Interesting
you know, I’m starting to think I should have gone to Westminster. Philly doesn’t get nears as many hurricanes…(said as I head out the door to B’Ham)

Tim….been thinking of you a lot for that very reason. And here we are having our orientation today under sunny skies and 70 degree temps. I feel almost guilty.
