JoeFest 04
Tomorrow I’m off to Deleware (”A Refreshing Pause on Your Way to New Jersey!”) to see Joe Bassett and Jeremy Casella in concert, with our mutual friend Cason Cooley (formerly of The Normals, and everyone else that matters). Very pumped am I. Especially since I will be staying at Joe and Rhonda’s palacial rock star mansion and hanging out doing rock star things with Casella and Cooley after the concert.
I just hope they’re willing to pay for the motel room after we throw the TV in the swimming pool.

Don’t forget you have grandkids you will be held accountable to! JK, have a great time! BTW, thanks for sending me the link to your blog. I enjoyed reading all your entries and getting a small taste of your life now. It made me think of the times when we would go on long walks and have deep conversations about the world and God-miss those.

Hope you had fun - I’m expecting a full recap on the board tonight - including a account of all your anticts between acts (yes, I read the meetings board!) And hey, since I know you, and you know Joe (and of course he’s almost famous!) - does that mean I get a free copy of his cd???
